To reflect this shift, we crafted a cohesive identity around the brand purpose: “To uncover meaning amid uncertainty so that individuals and organizations can thrive.” Key updates included an organized messaging framework, a distinct tone of voice, and a modern design system. Highlights feature a refreshed logo inspired by Moody’s original ratings manuals, a unique apostrophe graphic, and a digitally optimized Moody’s Blue. The result is a more human, differentiated brand that confidently owns its category while honoring its 115-year legacy.
The rebrand won a Red Dot Award as well as five Transform Awards.
